Speed-Buster ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Chiptuning ECM by Speed-Buster mobile application (the "App").

CAMERA
Used for permissions that are associated with accessing camera or capturing images/video from the device.
This permission allows the App to capture the user’s Speed-Buster ECM serial number instead of manually having to enter it.
LOCATION / BLUETOOTH
Used for permissions that are associated with accessing the bluetooth functionality to pair with your TMC Motorsport ECM.
This permission allows the App to pair to the Bluetooth TMC Motorsport ECM. The App needs a location share to connect to the Speed-Buster ECM. Without a location share, usage of the App is not possible.
The App does not send any information about your location to us or any third parties.
We use your data to provide and improve the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
