Paymorrow ensures, in this context, that commissioned partner firms as well as the mentioned institutes exclusively use and/or process the data within the framework of the intended purpose.

All checks of creditworthiness are carried out to exclude difficulties in the payment transfer. The data exchange between paymorrow, the partner firms commissioned by paymorrow and other credit agencies protects the online commerce from harm that would impact on the sales prices in the long run. Social plugins by Facebook, Google+ and Twitter subject to the use of the “2-click-solution”

On our website, so-called social plugins (“plugins”) from the social networks Facebook and Google+ and the microblogging service Twitter are used. These services are provided by the firms Facebook Inc., Google Inc. and Twitter Inc. (providers).

Facebook is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). An overview of Facebook’s plugins and their appearance can be found here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins

Google+ is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google“). An overview of the plugins by Google and their appearance can be found here: https://developers.google.com/+/web/

Twitter is operated by Twitter Inc., 1355 Market St, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA (“Twitter“). An overview of the Twitter-buttons and their appearance can be found here: https://twitter.com/about/resources/buttons

To increase the protection of your data when visiting our website, the plugins are integrated in the website with a so-called “2-click-solution” by Heise Online. This integration ensures that when visiting a page of our website that contains such plugins, no connection to the servers of Facebook, Google or Twitter is established yet. Only once you activate the plugins and thereby give your consent to the data transfer, the browser will establish a direct connection to the servers of Google, Facebook and Twitter. The content of the respective plugin is then directly transferred from the respective provider to your browser and integrated into the page. Via the integration of the plugins, the providers obtain the information that your browser has opened the corresponding page on our website, also when you do not own a profile with the corresponding provider or are not logged in at the moment. This information (including your IP address) is directly transferred from your browser to the respective providers in the USA and saved there.

If you are logged into a social network, the providers can instantly match your visit with our website to your profile on Facebook or Google+. If you interact with the plugins, for example by using the “like”, “+1” or “twitter” button, the corresponding information will be transferred to the server of the operator and saved there as well. The information will furthermore be published on the social network or your Twitter account and shown to your contacts.

Please learn about the purpose and extent of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by the providers as well as your rights and setting possibilities concerning the protection of your private sphere in the data protection information of the providers.

Data protection information by Google: http://www.google.com/intl/de/+/policy/+1button.html
Data protection information by Twitter: https://twitter.com/privacy

If you do not want Google, Facebook or Twitter to match the data collected on our website with your profile on the respective service, you have to log out from the respective service before activating the plugin.
